Australorp chick not moving around a lot

We have a week old baby Australorp chick who seems to be a little down. While the other chicks are beginning to jump around and play he only moves when he has to. He seems okay otherwise, cleaning his feathers, eating, drinking, etc. He has no trouble getting around just doesn't seem to like standing for more than a few seconds. He moves to where he wants to go and then plops down. There are no noticeable problems with his legs or feet. Any suggestions on what we could do to help him? Thanks in advance!

Lethargy is a sign of cocci, so if you haven't already done it, I would treat them with corid.  Although, she could just be a bit behind growthwise and just more tired than the others.  Nonetheless it is better to treat them with corid for prevention than not.
