Is it my computer or is the web site having a glitch? I can't post photos or customize the type or add emojis. I want my tool bar back!

Sometimes things disappear on me too. Definitively use Chrome here on BYC as it works the best. I have found that if I turn off my browser and sign back into BYC, all the functions return. Sometimes even a restart on your PC is needed as well.

My OS is Chrome, but I will log off and log back on as well as restart my computer and see if it helps. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nope, none of that worked. Still no tool bar above the reply or new thread windows.

I have narrowed this problem down to my Firefox browser on this particular laptop. The Firefox browser on my other laptop will show the reply window tool bar. My Safari browser on this computer shows the tool bar okay when I open a window to post a replay or new thread.
I've cleared all my cookies. I've logged out, and logged back in. I've shut down and restarted my computer. Nothing works. It's obviously not a problem with the BYC web site, but does one of the techs have a suggestion?

I too am experiencing this issue along with several others... for instance;
I can NOT read the thumbs up comments from others on any post. When I click to read the comments I get:
Insufficient Permissions
You do not have permissions to view user reputation
Logout and try again with an administrative account, or contact a site administrator for support.
When I use the quote function I get all this BBcode instead of a plain text quote box.

We're looking into it. Is it still happening? Do you have a screenshot of the error and the URL of the page that is giving you the error?

IIt is not your pc, I've been having problems with this site for a while now.
Everything seems to be back in working order now. Thanks @Nifty-Chicken
