I just cooked a few tuna steaks for my wife's dinner.
(She got called into work so I figured I'd cook her something)

The rotiserrie cooked up a couple blackened tuna steaks in15
minutes and they were GREAT!!!! I only had 2 1/2 in the freezer
so all I got was a bite. Yum.

Rare tuna steaks over Spanish rice. Wish I had a pic. I told DW she
has to show it off at the hospital she works at.
 
love my showtime rotisserie its the only gadget I still use 4 years later except the toaster
clean up is a snap I just cover the bottom with foil and throw it away when I'm done . wow I'm lazy and the best part is DH loves to play with the thing so if I don't want to cook I just take out a chicken. A 4lb chicken takes about 1hr and 15 min.
 
I have the Baby George Foreman model. I like it. I season it well, tie up the legs and wings, set the timer, and forget it til it's done. We love it. I also use the basket type attachment to have grilled chicken tenders. They're great.
