Hullo everyone! I'm excited to have found what seems to be such an active forum! I have all kinds of baby animals right now, and I just got my chick's today! Woooot!

. How many baby chicks did you get and what else are you raising?
 
I have 15 chicks: Americaunas, BO, Austrilorp, and Rhode I Reds. I got one Americauna rooster. I just got two 8-week-old German Shepherds because Im getting some Sheep this week! Im hoping the pups will be good with tje animals since they will be growing up with them.
 
Sounds good! Don't let the pups get to the chicks, they like to play with them to death.
 
Haha. Yes, im getting some full grown pullets that can boss the pups around a bit while theyre still really little.
 
Ha ha. If your full grown pullets do the job, they can put the "Fear of chickens," into the puppies minds. Of course it would be great if the GSD's protected them as well.
 
Hi and welcome to BYC - seems like you have quite a lot on your hands. I used to keep 2 GSDs - stunning dogs.
