what do i feed them?

duck food or layer feed

what must the bath water temperature be?

depends on age when you would get them, if this summer, then they will be full grown and you won't need to worry about water temp

how long can they stay in the heat?

again, depends on when you get them but if summer, they will be long past needing heat

can i take them out town with me?

the logistics of that could be quite the pain in the rear depending on how you travel and how long you are traveling

can they get on a plane?

no

can I take them on a basket bike and let them stay in the basket?

that will depend on the duck, but they may not be too pleased with that

can they walk on pavement / grass/carpet/tile?

avoid hot pavement, it will burn their feet. They are ducks, they walk on stuff outside, which includes grass.

I don't think anyone is mad at you. There have been many replies to your other post asking for clarification, giving suggestions, and offering information. Your posts are inconsistent and you aren't answering people's quesrions. It makes it hard to give good advice or helpful information.
