Does this little guy look like a rooster?

I just noticed that out of our four chicks, this one's tail feathers are coming in differently, like a fountain, instead of downward, like the others. Thoughts?

Looks like a rooster to me as well, but it can still be a little hard to tell at this age.
 
Thanks! I am so new to all of this. I have been reading a lot on the forums here, and am amazed when folks can take a gues at the sex of a chicken. And then tonight I realized that this little one looks so different than the other three. Tail feathers and the comb are the two most noticeable differences, but the wing feathers are quite different too. I am leaning so much!
