The saga continues with the chick I thought for sure would die last night. Picked this chick up Wednesday, and had a couple bouts of pasty butt that were taken care of quickly. Yesterday morning, the chick was on death's door laying down, shaking, chirping constantly. We spent the day yesterday feeding it water & eggs. Went out this morning and it was walking around, still wobbly but eating/drinking on own again. It's standing around, eyes closed often, chirping, but more active than yesterday.

I'm a newbie at this so couple things. The crop is enlarged, but not hard. Just very large in proportion to her little body. Thoughts? Also her vent hole looks like it protrudes compared to our other chick (prolapsed vent so early?). Her stools were a mix of runny/soft solid with normal coloring. Is cocci a possibility? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

No it isn't cocci. She has a prolapsed vent. Get some honey or preparation H hemorrhoid cream, and apply it to the prolapse in side and out. Try to push the red tissue back inside. Keep her vent clean and don't let it dry out. Chicks with a prolapse this young may not survive. I hope yours does well. Here are a couple of threads with similar experiences:

Yes, the crop stays large. And it seems to be the top part of vent is bubbled out, with a little flap part.

I will try the Prep H cream & to put it back in. She is eating much better today, but still not displaying same behavior as other one.
