Hi - I was just wondering if anyone would please give me their 2 cents regarding the gender of my 4 week old chicks.

1. Buff sussex - Pullet?


2. Speckled sussex 1.- roo?


3. Black Australorp - Roo?





4. Speckled sussex 2, unsure (as of 2 days ago comb was yellow so thought she was a pullet but now not so sure).







5. Light sussex - pullet?


6. Plymouth Rock 1. - (very small) - pullet?


7. Blue Australorp - roo?




8. Plymouth Rock 2. unsure. (has a patchy spot on his/her head)


9. Speckled sussex 3 - unsure.






10. Silver laced Wyandotte - roo (came out of the egg like this haha).

6. the comb and wattles with the thick legs has me worried, I'm leaning towards male, despite the darker coloring

8. is a cockerel, wide barring indicates two copies of the barring gene, which is males

Really early still to sex them, but I'm very confidant most are cockerels
