Does BBS parents ever produce white chicks?

BBS Orpington , both parents were suppose to have been BBS

Sometimes Splash "looks" white before the juvenile molt. I have a BBS cochin (6 weeks old) that currently looks white/pale but I know that will change after her molt.

X2... It's also possible that the BBS parents are carriers of recessive white.
2 dogs, 6 cats, 40 chickens (australorps, wyandottes, and easter eggers), lots of tropical fish, and a toddler.

So does that mean his offspring is would be white?
