Polish Roo or Hen?

I have 4 week old polish chick, and some are different than the others in that their tail feathers are much longer than the others. There are no combs or wattles, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or know which is which.

I also have one silver laced polish, and I'm hoping for a hen, but don't recognize any signs of either sex- does anyone have insight they can share?
