Rural king, who gets them from cackle. I thought the sign sai Swedish, but the pics of Swedish ducklings I've found on line don't look like these.

Ah yes they are! Thank you 
They are anconas. Cackle offers this breed and the markings and color under the eyes are a dead giveaway
Magpies have a solid back and cap- a completely different breed than these
