I think my chicks is blind?

I have a 2 day old Blue Orp chick, who I think might be blind,
It started with me noticing she doesn't like to keep her left eye open, there's no crust, and her eye looks fine/undamaged,
But I also started noticing sometimes she'll just stand around staring blankly at the wall, or fall asleep standing up, she also doesn't know if I put my hand in front of her or when I go to pick her up,
Other times she's running around with everyone else, I see her eating and drinking aswell., acting completely normal,
but she also hates to be separated from her sibling, or my week older Roo,
If she's not near one of them she will start chirping non stop until someone cuddles her.

Is it a possibility that I have a blind chick? Or just a super weird one.

Any advice/input would be great,

Thanks

I wouldn't worry at all, this is normal. I have a chick that is exactly like yours, and can't stand to be without her big brother. Yesterday she kept  only 1 eye open while sleeping standing up, but the she would open them both. She isn't blind, she just does this for whatever reason. And it is very common for a chick to sleep standing up, this is just one of the cute little things chicks do. Hope this helps!

I hope she's not blind but honnestly if you see her eating and drinking I very seriously doubt she's blind. I say this because one of my 3 1/2 year old silkies has a very large crest and i noticed she wasn't eating and would just stand in one spot. I thought her crest was obstructing her vision so I trimmed it. I noticed I still hadn't seen her eating or drinking and checked her eyes she had both eyes crusted and couldn't open them. thank God I found it when I did. I cleaned and doctored her eyes and she began eating and drinking greedily. she's all well now and doing good thank God but she couldn't see to eat or drink. This is why she stayed in one spot. so if your chick was not able to see she couldn't eat drink or play like she is. Hope this helps . best wishes for you and your chick!
