I have pet well fed rats! One got out and I couldn't find it for a while and 2 of my chicks went missing during the night. I found my rat this morning alive no blood on it. Where are my chicks?????

I don't know were you keep your chicke but have you looked under everything, beds couches cars, tables, listened for peeps. If you have snakes around and brooding them in the coop then could they have gotten into the brooder ate and then left.
Hate to say it but maybe the rat had a chick meal. They can and will eat baby chicks
Rats will sometimes bring chicks back to burrows or hiding spot to eat later. If you heard peeping this morning thats a good sign. How old are the chicks and how long have they been missing. Also what is the temp they are dealing with.
I had one chick get themselves wedged between a board and a hole in the wall behind our brooder. They can get into very tight spots
Keep looking my only concern is if they are stuck somewhere they may not be able to get to the food and water. Where is the brooder located and after you noticed them missing was a door opened to give them access to the rest of the house? Trying to narrow down spots for you
