We have our first hatchlings - dumb newbie question

Momma is on lock down under an old steel upside down umbrella stand. Last night she was in the opposite corner of the stall. Here's the starter feed and water. I put just a cup or so of feed for momma in a corner of the long feeder.
 
Aww very cool. When a hen goes off to brood the hatch can be staggered since she lays eggs till she gets the clutch number she wants then the great sit begins. Just be mindful of what she is doing and that she is attentive to the baby chicks. Sometimes they get into the zone and are trying to hatch chicks and ignore the ones already out. But good news is that baby chicks are good on food etc for about 3 days due to the yoke absorption from hatch. Enjoy the show and the baby chicks.
So total was 9 eggs and she has how many chicks already?
 
2 hatched and seem fine
2 died (she'll was busted and they were dead)
5 eggs left, which we candled last night and saw the bloodline, below bloodline was solid dark, we presumed they were not fertile because she wasn't on them, now today shes on them so I'm hoping we're incorrect and they are fertile

We didn't see the dot or veins - our flashlight was tiny. Basically we don't know what we're doing but we tried.
