Clean her eyes with normal saline. Apply some Vetericyn eye gel, Terramycin eye ointment, or plain Neosporin ointment to her eyes twice daily. Watery eyes can be an early sign of a respiratory infection, and that can also affect her vision. Watch for any runny nose, sneezing, or noisy breathing. Pecking by other chicks may have caused her eye drainage, but respiratory problems can be serious.
