You can try chick vitamins with trace minerals such as Poultry Cell by Rooster Booster, but if it is a bone deformity or slipped tendon, that can be from vitamin or mineral deficiency in the parent stock. Some try to put the tendon back in place and splint it daily with vet wrap. Here are some links to read:
