Yup, it sounds like all but one is dead. Sorry about that. I think your temp was way too low. Fix your incubator and try again.

They floated..and 6 of them just the air sac was above water. 2 were more sideways than straight up and down but still just a small portion.

One was rocking... Still no peeps

Please look at pics and tell me if I am "reading" them properly

Eggs floating doesn't mean anything. If they float and wiggle independently, that's a sign of life. But it doesn't mean one that you didn't see movement in is positively a dud and it dosen't mean that a sinker is absolutely positively dud (though it usually is.)
Personally, I don't recommend the float test as a tool to know if an egg is still viable.
