chickens not laying

Have a question for you! I purchased 25 red sex links last year, they started laying a month or so ago was getting 18-20 eggs each day, bought 25 more 14 month old Isa browns and added to my flock and added a rooster to help stabilize the flock, the Isa browns were laying also for the individual I purchased them from, now for the last 3 weeks they have all stopped laying! I am getting between 0 and 2 eggs a day now, I feed them 16% protein pellets mixed with Crack corn they have more than enough coop and pen room! We also beaked them around the same time! Why aren't they laying now?
 
I would take out the corn or add more protein(game bird feed, meat bird feed, feather fixer, soybean meal) because the corn drags down the protein level in your feed more to 14% or lower, why did you beak your birds, not judging just want to know why(I know the purpose but want to know why you made the decision to have it done)? they could have stopped for a variety of things but stress is usually one, as is too low of protein, did you have a predator come around because scaring them can also halt their laying.
 
Corn should be cnsidered a treat. Two or three handsfull are all they need each day. The best time for treats is when you are getting them in the coop for the night.

Did you de-beak all of your hens? New ones and the ones you already had?
 
I have always fed the same feed mixture and haven't had issues before! And we had to beak them because these red sex links were killing each other and any other birds in the flock! The newer birds were beaked when I purchased them
 
I figured stress but I wasn't thinking it would be this long for laying to stop! They have plenty of room! I just built them a new 10x20 house with 4 large house windows in it so plenty of sunlight can get in and have a large pen for them to be out in during the day run is approx 30x50 and is covered with plastic netting to keep birds of prey away from them! I've tried free range during daylight hrs but that didn't end well for me or the chickens! Foxes had a good meal! Lol

that makes since, I don't believe in beaking birds, but if it did get bad enough I might resort to beaking. They could have been attacking each other because of space issues, what kind of coop and run do you have( like dimensions)
