So I got some chicks in late February, and this morning I noticed my Barred Rock's comb is a bit pinker than everyone else. I looked up how to sex them and now I'm worried she is actually a he! I don't have the best pictures, but I'd be very happy if someone could give me an answer one way or the other.

I'm probably just a worrywart, after all I thought one of my red sex-links was a boy because her tail feathers were a bit curly!

But this girl is my Mom's favorite, and I would hate to have to give her up.

Looks like a lady to me, but i am no expert. My barr rock males comb was much more pronounced then that by 3 weeks, he was always easily identifiable.

Thank you for the quick response. :) The girls I got last year are all red sex-links, so this is my first time having different breeds.
