Hey everybody,
My hen is very sick, she can hardly breathe (coughing, always getting strangled, etc.) Yesterday she was very listless and stayed in the coop all day. She wouldn't eat, drink or walk around. I even gave her some of her favorite food, she wasn't eating. Oh yeah, her comb, wattles, and face are a little purple. She lived through the night and when i let them out this morning she ran out of the coop and ate some scraps. She is still listless though.
This breathing problem all started once when i just picked her up, I didn't hurt her or anything. I held her like i always do. I feel so sorry for her, sorry for such a long message- Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.
