MONTH OLD CHICK WON'T LIFT HEAD, DOESN'T WANT TO MOVE MUCH?

I recently started my own coop and hatched a few chickens, which are doing great about five months old now, and then bought a bunch,32 more. The knew chickens are about a month old and have all been doing great until today. One isn't wanting to move around, doesn't want to lift his head, kinda looks hunched down. Does seem to be drinking but haven't seen him eat? What should I do looked up different diseases but I can't really tell. Should I separate him and watch him closer? Do I need to go to the vet? Should I treat for coccidosis? I feed medicated feed to them I have other poultry in my coop, but they are all separated from these chicks who are in a brooder of the sorts, please help. I don't want to loose them all, I've put a lot of time and money into my little feathery friends.

I would suspect coccidiosis or dehydration. Get Corid and treat for 5 days. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1 1/2 tsp of the powder per gallon of water. Treat all chicks. After treatment, give some vitamins and probiotics in the water for 3 days. They can get cocci easily if older chickens are present. Here is some reading:
