Thank you. I too couldn't find anything regarding vents or plugs. Thanks for taking the time to help.

Day 21 no pips no noise.
If the air cell is tiny should I put a tiny hole in? I am scarred they will suffocate

21 days is just a guide, some can be later. As you are not totally sure what your temp has been it could have been running low which can cause late hatch.
