Silkie Chick Hatching.. help needed

This is the first time I have ever incubated eggs before. I used some eggs my silkies laid and so far one pipped on day 21 and it's now day 23 and he had gotten out yet. Today my dad helped him get some of the shell broke off and he was able to push through the membrane right as I go home. Well now it is chirping and kicking and moving around the incubator but the egg is being drug around with him, it's attached by something and I was wondering does that come off with time or will we have to intervene again?It's shell looks bloody on the inside but I think it's just the membrane and he isn't bleeding is this normal?

It doesn't appear as though his navel is bleeding. The shell will detach on its own.
Because he hatched so late, you might want to consider checking the accuracy of your thermometers/gauges, and raising the incubation temperature next time you hatch.
 
Thanks! We are new to this so any help is greatly appreciated. Our eggs were stored in the fridge (i know know after the fact that is improper storage of fertile eggs) before we decided to incubate would that have something to do with the late hatching? I know when I candled the eggs before taking the egg turner out they were all full and looked like I would have a good outcome but so far it's the only one hatched and one pipped today. If the other eggs aren't pipped or hatched in a few more days should I recandle and see if they are alive yet?

That would definitely make them hatch late. Candle again at day 24 if you don't see any movement. Any eggs hatched after about day 22 have a much higher rate of defects, and some may not make it. Don't feel bad; you now know for next time.
