Doubt it's an EE. Single comb EE don't happen often as single comb is recessive. I'm with what was mentioned earlier. Black Star/ sex-link. It's not a Partridge Rock. They have yellow/mostly yellow legs.

Mabe I should post a new topic with my chickens... and make sure they're actually Partridges... that's what I was told before, but maybe they are something else.
