Ducklings Swimming

Hey everyone I'm new to the forum so pardon me if this has been asked before. For the past few weeks I've been letting my 2 ducks that are a couple weeks of age splash around in a shallow tub and they seemed to love it. So today after seeing other people letting their guys swim in the bath tub I let my girl and boy play in the bath tub with water a little deeper than usual. (They loved it my baby mallard swam all over lol!) There was no problems with the swimming or mostly waddling, I was just wondering what you all thought of having the ducklings around the common household cleaners that you clean the tub out with (that could still be in the tub like in the material). Honestly the tub hadn't been cleaned real recently, but when I got them out and back toasty warm I sprayed it down with clorox and washed it and wiped it out clean. So is it okay for their skin to play in it the next day or so?

I'd wash it out a few times times with plain water just to be safe.

Okay that's great, I just wanted to make sure their skin wasn't going to be sensitive to any trace amounts. Thanks!

Small amounts shouldn't bother them, if the tub had been like drowned in cleaner I wouldn't put them in it.
