Hi! My names Ariel im from south alabama and me and my husband just got 6 baby chicks. First time ever doing this but we've done alot of research almost have our coop and run built and our babies are about 2 weeks old. We actually just had one die this morning. We had 2 rhode island reds 2 easter eggers a silver laced wyandotte and a lavander orpington. Since one passed this morning we only have one rhode island now.
 
Nice to meet you Ariel, sorry you have had a loss. It's very common to lose some chicks at a young age. Sometimes things just didn't develop right inside, or they just fail to thrive.

Hope the others will thrive.
