Silkie won't sit on her eggs

My silkie laid some eggs earlier and she won't sit on them I've never had a issue with her.

How old is she has she been broody before? They do take breaks from broodiness.

she is about a year old should I take the eggs out?

If she wasn't thoroughly broody before you gave her the eggs, you might mark them with a Sharpie and leave them as "bait". Then, once she does go broody, collect your eggs and give them all to her at the same time.
