Here is what I believe to be my black Austalorp at 10 1/2 wks old. Is this the correct breed and is it a pullet?? Sorry this is the best I can get. She is the shy one of my trio.
Help with my Black Australorp

Check the bottom of her feet, if they are pink she's an Australorp, yellow jersey giant.

Do you think it's a she though? I'll check the feet tonight. A neighbor ordered about 25 from a hatchery and when they came it we had a hard time telling the breeds apart
Which is why I say what I think to be an Australorp.
It's a girl. A rooster at that age would have a big red comb. I'm pretty sure she's Australorp from her looks, but double check feet color, to be sure.
I think so too.
