Hi from WV!

I'm Samantha (Sam, please) and I'm just getting back into chicken keeping.. Haven't had them since I was a teenager! Very excited, and I love our *mixed bouquet* of 7 breeds (two Barred rocks, gold laced Wyandotte, silver spangled Hamburg, Easter egger, buff Chantecler, buff brahma, and a Partridge rock).
My husband Michael and I have three dogs, too. Kaiju the Akita girl, Voodoo the Llewellyn setter, and Henry the Jack Russell/Beagle mix.
I'll try adding photos of everyone.

So glad to have such a wealth of knowledge available to a semi newbie.

Hi Sam, it's nice to have you here!

You have a nice mixed flock, are they old enough to lay for you now? I'm not familiar with the Llewellyn setter dog breed...I'll have to look that one up.

Looking forward to seeing some of your photos!

Ok, lol! You have a little ways to go before stressing about not getting eggs but enjoy their "kid" time, they grow fast.
