Rooster or Hen??

anyone want to guess if our Australorp (splash and lavender) are hens or Roos? thinking the splash is a roo sad.png 18 weeks old

I'll guess! First is roo, second is hen. Did I win? Lol wink.png

I vote for both pullets.  I see no saddle feathers on either bird. The first appears to be at the point of lay, but this is just my opinion, others with more chicken experience will know better.

I think   first one is a cockerel and second is a pullet

How old are they?

 

I'm thinking both are pullets.

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.
