HELP! What gender are these?!

Hello! My brother and I were playing with our chickens today when we noticed that one chicken had larger tail feathers than the other! Noticing this, we became a little worried as we live in a really suburban area

We then tried to look online and compared our chickens to other ISA Brown chickens but we were still unsure so we resulted to BackYard Chickens! One of our chickens (FrenchFry, first picture) started laying this week but we don't think that Troye (second picture) has. If anyone could help tell us which gender the chickens are, me brother and I would really appreciate it! Thank you and Happy Easter! :)
