Hi from the beautiful Adirondacks!

Thread Starter

I just got my first 6 babies from TSC....they are sex linked but labeled pullets....they are about 3 weeks old, living in my basement, and sprouting lots of red feathers!

We bought a Tractor Supply coop for them...but are planning on building a coop that is more substantial seeing that we have many predators living in our woods!

I also have 6 Americana chicks on order...I know, EE but I'll love the colored eggs!

Looking for other cold weather high predator area chicken keepers...want to keep the girls safe and healthy!!

This is all new to me!  Loving the new adventure!

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele
