Help with baby chick!!!!

My baby chick started hatching Tuesday evening and was fully hatched earlier Thursday morning. My chick has been acting weak and her feathers are still stuck to her body. She seems sleepy a lot to. I'm not sure what to do, I'm doing this for my kindergarten class... Plz help!! Any suggestions??
 
They are a bit sleepy at the start. I always add about a teaspoon of brown sugar to a quart of water to give them some quick energy, sometimes they have low blood sugar. You could run some warm water over it to clean some gunk off than follow with a warm, not hot, gentle blow drying.
