Not sure what's wrong with my chick , it hatched Thursday but seems very weak and sleepy. Plz help

Yes, she is in a box with 7 other chicks. She is the smallest out of the group. She is just really weak and looks sickly. We have food and water. She drinks fine and she finally just started eating, just worried about her.
 
Try giving straight Nutra Drench or Save A Chick. I have personally seen both work wonders. If you can't find that or the feed store is closed go to the pharmacy in the baby section. Get some poli vi sol vitamins WITHOUT iron and pedialite. You can use the pedialite in place of the water. Give a couple of the vitamin drops a couple times a day.
