I am concerned for my 6 shipped Serama eggs. They went into lockdown a few days ago. I candled them before they went into lockdown and every egg looked alive and healthy! They started wiggling a day or so after going into lockdown. Everything seemed fine, but they are now 18.5 days old, we hear no peeping, no pips, and they are not even wiggling anymore!! Nothing has changed, humidity is good and so it the temperature. I don't know what's up!? Do they take a break before hatching? Maybe I can't hear their quiet peeps over the incubator fan? Should I be so worried?!
Also, I put the eggs on the wire in the incubator and I'm scared that if the newly hatched chicks (if they ever hatch) will roll the unhatched eggs... Will the unhatched eggs be okay if the chicks roll them?
Oh I'm a mess...
