New from Louisiana

Im Dusty from louisiana i am just starting to raise chickens and cant wait to learn more about them. Right now i am raising 16 chicks, 10 of which are Golden Sex Link and 6 are Dominique. They are just over 4 weeks old now and me and my kids are having a blast with them. We have turned an old shed into my hen house/ coop. Im ready to learn from yalls experiences and mine as well.  All help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Glad you could join us here! Congrats on getting your new chicken adventures underway clap.gif They sure are a great way to get the whole family involved and I'm pleased to hear your kids are having a blast with them. It's a great way to show to kids how to care and look after animals. Have you checked out the learning centre? Lots of fab articles there that will really help you.
