like to know vitiman count protein . Like to know if anyone tried this and how much it costs.

anyone ever have their eggs tested at lab for quality or etc. Such as mercury, or any toxins?

It would be quite the investment to have these tests done. It would depend on what nutrients you wanted to know about since each would most likely be an individual test.

Additionally, you would have to maintain the flock in a "sterile" environment for the results to remain accurate beyond the egg(s) tested as a flock that is exposed to the outside environment (or has any change made in their feed, etc) would be exposed to factors that would cause a change in the eggs laid after that point.

Where are we going, and why are we in this hand basket?
