I am new to the world of chickens and bought these three chicks for my daughters for Easter. They were sold to me as two black Orpingtons and one splash Australorp. I am now a bit unsure as to one of the Orpingtons. She is my special "Orpington", she is smaller then the other two, scruffy looking and has a bit of a bald neck. She is just over three weeks and I'm wondering if any of you can confirm my suspicions? Is she something other then an Orpington?
In the first pictures she is on the left, the second she is on the right and the third she is front and centre. I have taken her to the vet last week and has come back all clear for any infections. She isn't being pecked by the other two (although she is the lowest on the ladder out of the three of them). Have a look and see what you think. Thank you!
