Fowl pox is normally from mosquitoes in warmer weather. Since Simon is in Canada in the snow, I wonder if it's something else. Maybe peck marks on his comb and face?

Just thinking of other possibilities here...
Now, Any sign of sores or canker in the mouth?
Does look like peck marks, but is he still by himself?
Any possibility, if he is in the garage - not enough fresh air - how much air flow - ventilation does he have?
Have you tried any vitamins?
