Wonky Feather

Hard to tell, but it may be feather sheaths which is normal. Any signs of mites or lice? Is the white stuff loose or stuck to the feathers?
Anyone know what this is? She's 2 weeks old and since her feathers came in it's been weird like this.

Not sure what I'd be looking for for lice or mites. She's dusty from shavings haha she's a rambunctious little one!

That is good that she is rambunctious! Pests are hard to detect but they are usually around the vent area and under the chickens wings.From your picture it doesn't look like pests but it wouldn't hurt to check. When new feathers(pin feathers) grow in there is a sheath that covers the pin feather. Do you see new feathers emerging?
