3week old chick with a bad foot and straddle leg

I have a 3 week old chick with a messed up little foot and a straddle leg. I don't the the bandaid method about a day or so after it was born. And I even done the spraddle leg method on it maybe a few more days later but it really didn't help it out at all. I left it on there for a week or so. I feel so bad for it. Is it to late to do anything for the little chick. I'm at a loss, please any help will be greatly appreciated.:(:(
 
I wish I could help. I am actually having the exact same problem right now and I have no idea what to do. The poor little guy uses his one good leg to spon in circles. Poor chick
 
Is it maybe a slipped tendon? I think that is what I am dealing with from a 2 week old shipped chick :(
 
 
Okay well my chick has a slipped tendon. But when I try to place it back, it doesn't move. What should I do. This is a very small bantam chick btw

The tendon that should be behind the leg with be moved to the side usually around the knee joint. That is how mine is. Idk what to do. It won't pop back in place
