Baby chick stuck to membrane

Do any of you know how to get the membrane off of the chick. Its hindering the chicks ability to get around.

You can use warm water, just make sure you do not get it in their face and up their nose. You can blow dry it or towel dry it really well and put it under the brooder light/heat. Don't let it get chilled or have it in drafts.
