Help. I have had two buff orpingtons that have been molting for eight weeks now. I wanna know some signs that tell me that they are almost done.

Some molts can last longer than eight weeks.
You'll know molt is over when the hens re-gain their bright red combs, the combs enlarge and become more moist appearing, and they're wearing a glossy, perfect new outfit, and they start laying eggs again.
