Spurs don't start to develop until after 6 months old. And hens can grow spurs, too, so it's not a reliable indicator of gender. For a chick that's only 2 months old, the comb is too pink for a pullet.

No noticeable bumps. It's legs are def thicker than the other girls and it's the only one out of 9 with a pink comb starting.
Looks like a roo to me. The redder comb which is fleshier already for pea at 2 months of age, and the blotchy coloring with solid bars across the wings...really looking like a rooster.
With EE's the black and white pattern often turns out to be a boy unless it is a very even, penciled pattern. You've got color block of black and white....I'm pretty sure boy.
