Partridge vs. Golden Laced (Cochin Bantam Chick)

Here is my little booger Goldie.  She is giving me quite the trip as far as what she is exactly.  I know she is a Bantam, Cochin.... but initially she was identified as Golden Laced when compared to the other bantams... but now I am second guessing it and thinking she could be Partridge....

Any ideas?  Opinions?

Partridge are penciled. The base color rims the edge of the feather. Lacing is when the pattern color edges the feather.

I looked it all up late last night and was able to see some diagrams and great pics explaining this ^^^^ so thank you!  I am thinking her feathers sure are penciled and not growing the way a laced chick would....  Which is fine.  Partridge is still beautiful to me!  But wow, telling the difference between those two in the day old chicks is near impossible!
