Hi, we have a new RIR chick that has alot of white on him/her. There were several in the straight run brooder like this. Can it be a cross? I think a pretty chick regardless, just curious.

Hi, we have a new RIR chick that has alot of white on him/her. There were several in the straight run brooder like this. Can it be a cross? I think a pretty chick regardless, just curious.
The down color is definitely not that of a RIR chick - as to what breed it *is* that will be a matter of waiting to see how it feathers out.

Well, that is disappointing! I am calling the store. I will have to post pics of the other two we got.
