So a year ago, Missy my Muscovy hen sat on some eggs, she did amazing! The eggs were active and growing perfectly, she was protective over her nest, I thought it was going to be a 100% hatch!
Next thing I know, she has totally abandoned her nest, and she is sitting on my 6 week old pullets. -,-

Thankfully I was able to save her clutch with the incubator before it was too late.

This year she started sitting again, these eggs are growing just as well as the ones from the previous year! Annnnnd I come home from work to find her sitting on 2 of my TURKEY POULTS! :barnie

The eggs are in the incubator, and little Missy is sitting on her new babies. Hopefully all goes well for the hatch!

My question is, is this normal?

Engaged, to the love of my life.
