Young Roo Unbalanced and just wants to lay in corner on floor

My young Roo is very unsteady and just wants to lay in the corner. I have no idea what's wrong with him, he hasn't ever had any problems in the past. He doesn't stand up all the way when he moves, kinda crawls.

I have no idea if he's doing either. My mom said a few hours ago she noticed a chicken laying in the corner right where he is. I examined him closer and the back of his head is a little bloody from being pecked at by hens, and the skin on the upper part of his neck is a yellow color. Is that normal?

Separate them so the hens don't do serious damage. See what he looks like overnight, and if he's still wobly, give him some vitamins.
