Pipped egg with dry membrane. Should I leave it alone for now?

Hey guys, I'm a newbie and any advice is much appreciated right now.

My first egg pipped yesterday which was exactly on time to the hour. It has now been about 18 hours and its membrane is white. I know this means it's dry, but my humidity is at 70%. I'm using a styrofoam cooler which is using convection for air movement. Due to a vent hole on the top I can moisten it without opening it. Should I keep it moist or just wait to moisten it if I need to intervene which I was thinking I might should do at or around the 30 hour mark?
 
White membrane is ok that means it's looking good. If it turns a brown/tan colour that means it is drying out. Have you had any action form the egg since you posted? Some chicks can take 24 hours plus from external pip to zip and hatch.

He has been active, but has not made any further progress. It's been 24 hours since he pipped. Whether I should have or not I don't know, but I decided to help him out. I removed the shell chip by chip around the egg. There was one speck of blood, so I put him in a moist paper towel and back in the incubator. He is still active. Once I removed the shell I could see where he was pecking at on the membrane. It looks like he is trying but just can't tear through the membrane. I figured I should let him rest for 1 to 2 hours and re-evaluate from there.
 
The very last chick had only cracked the shell and didn't break the membrane.I figured it was dead any way and got it out.It laid on is side all night and this morningI figured it was a goner,but now its running around.I helped 4 or 5 out of 60,they lived.Yhe 2 I didn't see died.

Wow! Congratulations. My first batch was only 4 eggs and the 4 one just hatched. 4 out of 4! So far.... I'm worried about the last one. It appears that something strange is going on above his vent hole.
