The picture posted is just for coccidia (Eimeria)! Those aren't even the worms!
I have my textbooks; but I do not feel comfortable scanning the pages. In lieau of that, here are some worms for you to look up.
I could bore you with the scientific names, but just as a generality, look up these worms and their respective eggs:
Trematodes, nematodes, capillaria, tetrameres, acanthocephala.
If you are looking for a great resource, at the medical level I would highly recommend an older version of Diseases of Poultry or Manual of Poultry Diseases. These are two resources I use frequently for my work. I will give the caveat, diseases do not read the book. Please remember that with all advice you get on this site, including what I am saying.
